摘　　要：目的目前针灸治疗梨状肌综合征的临床报道很多,但没有统一且最佳的治疗方案,且缺乏相关实验研究。通过分析研究现代文献,寻求治疗梨状肌综合征效果最好且稳定的最佳治疗方案。方法计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台和维普数据库1987—2019年收录的针灸治疗梨状肌综合征的期刊文献。结果目前临床治疗梨状肌综合征的方法繁多,但相关实验研究很少,且没有统一疗效评定标准、疗效最佳的治疗方案。因此制定统一的疗效评定标准及治疗方案,有利于选择出疗效最佳且稳定的治疗方案。Objective Plenty of reports concerning piriformis syndrome treatment,whereas,there is not a unified and optimal therapeutic scheme,and lack of relevant experimental researches,to seek an optimal therapetic scheme with stable effects on piriformis syndrome through the analysis of modern literature.Methods Through retrieved CNKI,Wanfang,and Weipu Database on acupuncture treatment of piriformis syndrome from 1987 to 2019.Results There are many clinical methods to treat piriformis syndrome,however,there are few relevant experimental researches,and there has not unified standard on evaluation of clinical therapeutic effects.Therefore,the unified standard and therapetic scheme would be benefit to an optimal therapetic scheme with stable effects.
