摘  要:当前随着人们生活水平的不断提高,我国糖尿病发病人群逐年上升,其中Ⅱ型糖尿病人群约占到糖尿病总人数的90%以上,但现有治疗药物应用于Ⅱ型糖尿病患者却被证实副作用明显。所幸新近有研究发现脂质代谢异常生成的过多游离脂肪酸是引起高血糖的重要因素:其机制可能是通过与糖类物质竞争作为能量来源并且刺激糖异生;抑制胰岛素信号表达从而抑制葡萄糖的转运;破坏胰岛β细胞功能。中医经典名方经典大柴胡汤在降糖降脂方面应用广泛,研究发现其可以通过疏泄肝胃郁热,恢复中焦运转从而有效参与机体的新陈代谢,经典降低游离脂肪酸的生成从而发挥降低血糖的作用,但相关机制研究仍需进一步通过动物实验证实。At present,with the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the number of people with diabetes in China is increasing year by year.Type 2 diabetes accounts for more than 90%of the total number of people with diabetes.However,the application of existing therapeutic drugs to patients with type 2 diabetes has proved to have obvious side effects.Fortunately,recent studies have found that excessive free fatty acids produced by abnormal lipid metabolism are important factors that cause hyperglycemia:the mechanism may be to compete with carbohydrates as an energy source and stimulate gluconeogenesis,inhibit the expression of insulin signals to inhibit Glucose transport,destroy isletβcell function.Clinically,the famous Chinese medicine Dachaihu decoction is widely used in lowering blood sugar and lipid.Research has found that it can effectively participate in the metabolism of the body by evacuating liver and stomach stagnation,restore mid-focus operation,and reduce the production of free fatty acids to play a role in lowering blood sugar.But the related mechanism research still needs to be further confirmed through animal experiments.
