经穴推拿联合西格列汀对2型糖尿病肥胖患者脂联素及irisin的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨推拿联合西格列汀对2型糖尿病肥胖患者血清脂联素(adiponectin,ADPN)、鸠尾素(irisin)及糖脂代谢的影响。方法:将2型糖尿病肥胖患者60例随机分为对照组和推拿组各30例。两组均口服西格列汀,推拿组加推拿方法。观察两组患者治疗前后糖脂代谢及ADNP、irisin水平。结果:治疗后两组患者空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)、餐后2小时血糖(2-hour postprandial blood glucose,2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin,HbA1C)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)均低于治疗前,推拿组低于对照组,脂联素高于治疗前,推拿组高于对照组(P<0.05);推拿组治疗后体质指数(body mass index,BMI)、低密度脂蛋白(low density lipoprotein,LDL)低于治疗前,高密度脂蛋白(high density lipoprotein,HDL)、irisin高于治疗前(P<0.05);推拿组irisin高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经穴推拿联合西格列汀改善2型糖尿病肥胖患者BMI、血糖、胰岛素抵抗、血脂及提升ADPN的作用优于单用西格列汀,且可提升患者血清irisin浓度。Objective: To observe the influence of massage combined with sitagliptin on adiponectin, irisin and glucolipid metabolism in obese patients with type two diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Methods: Sixty obese patients were randomized into the control group and the massage group, 30 cases each group. Both groups took sitagliptin orally,the massage group accepted massage. To observe the levels of adiponectin(ADPN), irisin and glucolipid metabolism before and after treating in both groups. Results: After treating, FBG, 2 hPG, HbA1c, TG and TC in both groups after treating were lower than these before treating, the massage group was lower than the control group, ADPN higher than that before treating, the massage group higher than the control group(P<0.05);BMI and LDL of the massage group after treating were lower than these before treating, HDL and irisin higher than these before treating(P<0.05);the massage group was higher than the control group in irisin(P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupoint massage combined with sitagliptin could improve BMI, blood glucose, insulin resistance, blood lipid and lift ADPN, superior to the effects of only sitagliptin, and raise the concentrations of serum irisin.
