壮医莲花针拔罐逐瘀法治疗膝骨关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察壮医莲花针拔罐逐瘀法治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将膝骨关节炎患者100例随机分为两组各50例。治疗组采用壮医莲花针拔罐逐瘀法治疗,对照组采用玻璃酸钠注射液膝关节腔注射治疗,分别记录两组患者治疗前、治疗后5周膝关节疼痛视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、日本骨科协会(Japanese orthopaedic association,JOA)功能评分。结果:治疗5周后两组患者VAS评分均较治疗前降低,JOA评分均较治疗前升高,治疗组VAS评分较对照组降低、JOA评分较对照组升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:壮医莲花针拔罐逐瘀法能够缓解或消除膝骨关节炎患者膝关节疼痛,改善膝关节功能,疗效优于玻璃酸钠注射液膝关节腔注射治疗。Objective: To observe clinical effects and the safety of Zhuang medicine lotus-needling, cupping and stasis-eliminating method in treating knee osteoarthritis(KOA). Methods: All 100 KOA patients were randomized into two groups, 50 cases each group. The treatment group were treated by Zhuang medicine lotus-needling, cupping and stasis-eliminating method, the control group by injecting sodium hyaluronate injection into knee cavity, to record VAS and JOA scores of knee joints before treating and five weeks after treating between both groups. Results: VAS scores of both groups reduced five weeks after treating compared with these before treating, JOA scores rose compared with before treating, VAS scores of the treatment group lowered compared with these of the control group,JOA scores rose than these of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning(P<0.05). Conclusion:Zhuang medicine lotus-needling, cupping and stasis-eliminating method in treating KOA could relieve or eliminate knee joint pain, improve knee joint function, and its effects superior to these of injecting sodium hyaluronate injection into knee cavity.
