五子衍宗丸、定坤丹和康复新液联合治疗畸形精子症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨五子衍宗丸、定坤丹和康复新液联合用药对畸形精子症患者精子质量的影响。方法:将畸形精子症患者34例按服药疗程不同分为1个疗程组19例,2个疗程组15例。两组均服用五子衍宗丸(8丸,每日3次)、定坤丹(3.5 g,每日2次)和康复新液(10 mL,每日1次),12周为1个疗程。观察治疗前后配偶妊娠及精液参数指标变化情况。结果:临床治愈率1个疗程组为52.6%(10/19),2个疗程组为46.7%(7/15),两组临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后正常精子率和精子活动率较治疗前改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组正常精子率和活动率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。精子密度两组治疗前、后均为正常值。结论:五子衍宗丸、定坤丹和康复新液联合应用能改善畸形精子症患者的精子畸形率,提高精子质量,临床参考用药周期为12周。Objective: To explore the effects of Wuzi Yanzong pill, Dingkun pills and Kangfuxin liquid on the quality of sperm in the patients with teratozoospermia. Methods: All 34 patients were allocated to 19 cases of one course group and 15 cases of two courses group. They took Wuzi Yanzong pill, eight pills each time, three times each day, Dingkun pills, 3.5 g. twice each day and Kangfuxin liquid, 10 mL, once each day, 12 weeks were one course. To observe the spouse′s pregnancy and the changes of semen parameters before and after treating between both groups.Results: Clinical cure rate of one course group was 52.6%(10/19), higher than 46.7%(7/15) of two courses group, the difference had no statistical meaning between both groups in clinical effects(P>0.05). Normal sperm rate and sperm motility rate of both groups after treating improved than before treating, and the difference had statistical meaning(P <0.05);the difference had no statistical meaning in normal sperm rate and sperm motility rate between both groups after treating(P>0.05). Sperm density were normal before and after treating. Conclusion: The combination of Wuzi Yanzong pill, Dingkun pills and Kangfuxin liquid could improve the rate of sperm deformation and raise sperm quality and its clinical reference medication cycle is 12 weeks.
