血滞通胶囊对脑梗死恢复期患者神经功能及社会活动功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨血滞通胶囊对脑梗死恢复期患者神经功能及社会活动功能的影响。方法:将急性缺血性卒中且经治疗后好转出院患者129例随机分为试验组61例和对照组68例。试验组给予阿司匹林肠溶片+瑞舒伐他汀钙+血滞通胶囊治疗,对照组给予阿司匹林肠溶片+瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗。治疗3月及6月后进行改良Rankin评分(modified Rankin Scale,m RS)及社会活动功能量表(functional activities questionnaire,FAQ)评估。结果:1)治疗3个月试验组致残率为14.8%(9/61),低于对照组的30.9%(21/68)(P<0.05);两组间m RS评分、FAQ评分及社会活动功能障碍率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2)治疗6个月试验组致残率为4.9%(3/61),低于对照组的17.6%(12/68),同时m RS评分、FAQ评分及社会活动功能障碍率试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿司匹林肠溶片、瑞舒伐他汀钙联用血滞通胶囊可促进脑梗死恢复期患者神经功能及社会活动功能恢复,改善患者生存质量。Objective: To discuss the effects of Xuezhitong capsules on neurological function and the function of social activity in convalescent patients with cerebral infarction(CI). Methods: A total of 129 patients who were suffering acute ischemic stroke and discharged after the therapy were randomized into 61 cases of the study group and 68 cases of the control group. The study group were treated by aspirin enteric-coated tablets+rosuvastatin calcium+Xuezhitong capsules, and the control group were given aspirin enteric-coated tablets+rosuvastatin calcium.To assess m RS scores and FAQ three and six months after treating. Results: 1) Disability rate of the study group three months after treating was 14.8%(9/61), lower than 30.9%(21/68) of the control group(P<0.05), the difference had no statistical meaning in m RS scores, FAQ scores and social dysfunction rate between both groups(P>0.05);2) Disability rate of the study group six months after treating was 4.9%(3/61), lower than 17.6%(12/68) of the control group(P <0.05), simultaneously, the study group was lower than the control group in m RS scores, FAQ scores and social dysfunction rate, and the difference had statistical meaning between both groups(P <0.05).Conclusion: Aspirin enteric-coated tablets, rosuvastatin calcium and Xuezhitong capsules could promote the recovery of neurological function and the function of social activity, improve survival quality of the patients.
