养血饮联合环孢素A治疗再生障碍性贫血临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察养血饮口服液联合环孢素A治疗再生障碍性贫血的临床疗效。方法:将再生障碍性贫血患者68例随机分为两组各34例,对照组采用环孢素A治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用养血饮口服液治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效、血象、血清炎症相关因子水平及不良反应。结果:总有效率治疗组为88.2%(30/34),高于对照组的73.5%(25/34);两组治疗后红细胞(red blood cell,RBC)、血小板(platelet,PLT)、血红蛋白(hemoglobin,Hb)水平均高于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清干扰素γ(interferon,IFN-γ)、白细胞介素2(interleukin-2,IL-2)、白细胞介素6(interleukin-6,IL-6)水平均降低(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率为14.7%(5/34),低于对照组的29.4%(10/34)(P<0.05)。结论:养血饮口服液联合环孢素A能改善再生障碍性贫血患者血象水平,减轻炎症反应,从而促进造血功能恢复。Objective: To survey therapeutic effects of Yangxue drink and cyclosporine A in the treatment of aplastic anemia(AA). Methods: A total of 68 AA patients were randomized into two groups, 34 cases each group,the control group were treated by cyclosporine A, and the treatment group were given Yangxue drink on the foundation of the therapy the control group accepted, to compare blood picture, the levels of serum inflammatory related factors and adverse reaction between both groups. Results: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.2%(30/34), higher than 73.5%(25/34) of the control group;after treating, the levels of RBC, PLT and Hb of both groups were higher than these before treating(P<0.05), the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);after treating, the levels of IFN-γ, IL-2 and IL-6 lowered in both groups after treating(P<0.05);the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reaction of the treatment group was 14.7%(5/34),lower than 29.4%(10/34) of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Yangxue drink and cyclosporine A in the treatment of AA could improve the levels of blood picture, relieve inflammatory reaction, therefore to promote the recovery of hematopoietic function.
