内浮顶储罐伺服液位计应用中存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：简要介绍了内浮顶储罐伺服液位计稳液管的安装和作用,针对安装伺服液位计对穿孔稳液管存在安全、环保以及增加油品损耗的问题,提出了在稳液管外增装柔性伸缩套管的对策。叙述了柔性伸缩套管的选择、安装以及运行和应用情况,为储油罐安全运行提供了保障。The installation and function of the stabilizing pipe of servo liquidometer in the internal floating roof tank is briefly introduced.In view of the problems of safety,environmental protection and oil loss caused by the installation of servo liquidometer on the perforated stabilizing pipe,the countermeasures of installing the flexible expansion sleeve outside the stabilizing pipe are put forward.The selection,installation,operation and application of flexible expansion sleeve are described,which can provide guarantee for safe operation of oil tank.
