新疆上市公司扶贫力度影响因素分析

摘　　要：现阶段,要实现精准扶贫、精准脱贫,就必须凝聚强大的扶贫工作合力,推动形成政府主导、市场运作、社会组织参与、以民众为主体协同推进的扶贫格局,而企业在其中发挥着重要作用。本文以在沪深A股上市的新疆上市公司为研究样本,选取2016年—2018年的相关数据,对影响扶贫力度的因素进行实证分析。研究发现:在新疆上市公司中,经营业绩越好则扶贫投入越多;此外,在不同产权性质的公司中,国有控股公司相较于民营控股公司其扶贫力度更大,经营业绩和成长性与民营控股公司扶贫力度显著正相关,但与国有控股公司扶贫力度未表现出显著的相关性。At the present stage,in order to achieve targeted poverty alleviation,it is of great necessity to pool strong joint efforts in poverty alleviation,and promote the formation of a poverty alleviation pattern led by the government,operated by the market,participated by social organizations,and promoted by the people as the main body,in which enterprises play an important role.Taking Xinjiang’s Listed Companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen A shares as the research object,the paper makes an empirical analysis of factors affecting poverty alleviationby selecting data from 2016 to 2018.The results show that the better the business performance,the more the poverty alleviation input.In addition,among companies with different property rights,state-owned holding companies have a greater poverty alleviation effort than private holding companies.What’s more,business performance and growth are significantly positively correlated with poverty alleviation efforts of private holding companies.However,there is no significant correlation with the poverty alleviation efforts of state-owned holding companies.
