摘 要:随着含水气田的不断开发,老井的压力、产量逐渐降低,自身携液能力变差,尤其是一些出油、出蜡气井,需频繁降压带液辅助生产,使低压低产气井产能无法稳定释放。根据柱塞气举排水采气工艺在低压低产井上的试验情况分析,初期达到了较好的增产和清理井筒积液效果,后期通过制度调整基本达到了间歇开井制度下的稳定生产。本次工艺试验对后期柱塞气举工艺在低压低产气井上的推广应用提供了经验和参考。With the continuous development of high-water-saturation gas fields, the pressure and production of old wells gradually decrease, and their own liquid carrying capacity becomes worse, especially for some gas wells containing oil and wax. It is necessary for the stable output of low-pressure and low-production gas field to frequently vent to reduce the back pressure of well heads. According to the analysis of the test results of the plunger gas lift technology in low-pressure and low-production gas wells, a good effect of increasing production and discharging the wellbore effusion was achieved in the early stage, and the stable output under the intermittent well production system was basically achieved by constantly adjusting the production system in the later stage. The test can provide experience and reference for the popularization and application of the plunger gas lift technology in low-pressure and low-production gas wells.
