摘　　要：目的探讨盆腔脏器脱垂(POP)患者肠道症状的发生率及其与阴道后壁脱垂的相关性。方法对2012年1月至2015年1月于北京大学人民医院就诊的POP患者,使用伯明翰肠道及泌尿系症状调查问卷(BBUSQ-22)了解患者肠道症状的患病情况,并结合患者阴道后壁脱垂程度进行统计学分析。结果本研究共入组患者343例,67.3%(231/343)的患者至少出现一项肠道症状,然而47.8%(164/343)的患者仅有轻度症状,仅有19.5%(67/343)的患者至少有一项症状为中度。54.2%(186/343)有便急症状,其中中度及以上的便急者占18.8%(35/186),37.9%(130/343)存在便秘症状,11.1%(38/343)存在排便困难。手助排便症状在Ⅲ~Ⅳ期的患者中的患病率显著高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期的患者(P <0.001)。结论盆腔脏器脱垂患者中,肠道症状以轻度为主。手助排便与阴道后壁脱垂的严重程度相关。Objective To explore the correlation between posterior vaginal wall prolapse and the incidence of bowel symptoms in patients with pelvic organ prolapsed(POP).Method A cross-sectional study was conducted to patients with POP who visited Peking University People’s Hospital from January 2012 to January 2015.The bowel symptoms were evaluated by Birmingham questionnaire survey on intestinal and urinary symptoms(BBUSQ-22)and its correlation with posterior vaginal prolapse.Results 343 patients were included in this study,67.3%(231/343)showed at least one bowel symptom according to BBUSQ-22.However,47.8%(164/343)of the bowel symptoms were mild,only 19.5%(67/343)of patients showed at least one moderate bowel symptom.The overall prevalence of bowel urgency is 54.2%(186/343),that of moderate or above bowel urgency is 18.8%(35/186),that of constipation is 37.9%(130/343)and that of difficult defecation is 11.1%(38/343).Hand assisted defecation showed significant difference betweenⅠ-ⅡandⅢ-Ⅳposterior vaginal prolapsed(P<0.001).Conclusion Most of the bowel symptoms among patients with pelvic organ prolapse were mild.The severity of vaginal posterior prolapse was related to the incidence of hand assisted defecation.
