摘　　要：为尽快建成比较坚实的战略大后方和促进区域经济发展,中央聚全国之力展开了"以铁路为先导、以国防工业和重工业为核心"的三线建设,既为三线地区建造起一个较为完善发达且与全国铁路网紧密联系的新铁路网,又为各主要三线城市的成长提供了强大动力。三线铁路网主要围绕枢纽城市、国防战略城市、重点城市、重要工业区和资源富集区布线,有力地推动了铁路沿线城市经济带的迅速崛起。通过这些铁路经济带的有机围合,形成了以重庆、贵阳、西安、太原为主中心点的四个"准田字形"大型城市体系,不仅改变了三线城市体系的落后状态,而且强力推动着中国构建起以南北向铁路城市带为主轴的复杂线型的新的国家城市体系。To construct the comparative solid strategic rear area and promote regional economic development as quickly as possible,raising the nationwide force,the central government unfolded the Third Front construction which took the railway as the guide and the defense industry and heavy industry as the core,constructed a new railway-net in the Third Front region which was relatively complete and developed and inseparable connected with the nationwide railway-net,also provided a strong impetus to the growth of the major cities of the Third Front.Because the wiring of Third Front railway-net mainly revolved the hub cities,defense strategy,key cities,industry zones and resources-rich regions,powerfully drove the fast rise of cities economic belts along the railways.Through the organic enclosure of these railway economic belts,four"quasi Tian word shaped"large-scale city systems with Chongqing,Guiyang,Xi’an and Taiyuan as the main centers had been formed,which not only changed the backward state of the Third Front city system,but also strongly promoted the construction of a new national city system with the complex line shape with the north-south railway city belts as the main axis.
