摘  要:目的探讨Fas/Fasl及NF-κB信号通路相关分子在子痫前期胎盘组织中的表达及意义。方法选取2018年9月至2019年5月在海南省人民医院分娩的产妇128例,根据子痫前期的诊断标准,纳入71例为实验组,分为轻度子痫前期组及重度子痫前期组,另选取正常孕妇57例为对照组,用免疫组化法对所有胎盘样本组织当中的Fas、FasL水平及NF-κBp65进行检测,统计分析三组的Fas/FasL及NF-κB表达水平。结果正常组胎盘组织的Fas水平显著低于轻度及重度子痫前期组,而FasL水平显著高于其他两组(P<0.05),轻度子痫前期组Fas水平显著低于重度子痫前期组,而FasL水平显著高于重度子痫前期组(P<0.05);轻度及重度子痫前期组NF-κBp65阳性率显著高于正常组(P<0.05),重、轻度子痫前期组NF-κBp65阳性率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论妊娠期发生子痫前期可能跟Fas/FasL及NF-κBp分子之间存在一定相关性。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Fas/FasL and NF-κB signaling pathway related molecules in preeclampsia placenta.Methods According to the diagnosis standard of preeclampsia,128 parturients in Hainan People’s Hospital were selected as the experimental group,and furtherly divided into mild preeclampsia group and severe preeclampsia group.57 normal pregnant women were selected as the control group.The Fas,FasL and NF-κbp65 in all placental samples were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The level of Fas in placenta of the normal group was significantly lower than preeclampsia group,while the level of FasL was significantly higher(P<0.05).The level of Fas in mild preeclampsia group was significantly lower than the severe preeclampsia group,while the level of FasL was significantly higher(P<0.05).The positive rate of NF-κbp65 in preeclampsia group weresignificantly higher than normal group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive rate of NF-κbp65 between severe and mild preeclampsia group(P>0.05).Conclusion Preeclampsia during pregnancy may be related to Fas/asL and NF-κBP.
