摘　　要：新法实施之际,再解读我国社区矫正制度建设中的一系列特色。分析立法前社区矫正工作者的"转警"需求,增强社区矫正本质含义中"惩戒"分量等呼吁,结合我国政府主导社区矫正工作的实际,深刻理解立法的崭新寓意,及时调整工作思路和制度,构建社区矫正两级阵营,帮助社区矫正对象顺利融入社会。At the time of the implementation of the new law,a series of features in the construction of the community correction system in China will be re interpreted. The need of community correction workers for "turning to police" before the legislation is analyzed,and the appeal of "punishment" in the essence of community correction should be strengthened.Combined with the reality of our government leading community correction work,we deeply understand the new implication of the legislation,adjust the working ideas and systems in time,construct the two-level camp of community correction,and help the community correction objects integrate into the society smoothly.
