摘 要:基于Aspen Plus软件对化学回热器进行仿真计算,分析了燃气轮机化学回热器内温度、压力以及参与催化重整反应水蒸气和燃料质量流量比(即水碳比)对化学回热器吸热能力的影响。研究表明:化学回热器内温度、压力以及水碳比是决定其吸热能力的重要因素;随着温度和水碳比的升高以及压力的降低,化学吸热量有所升高;在高温、低压条件下,化学吸热量是决定化学回热器吸热能力的关键,而在低温高压时显热吸热量更加明显;受甲烷-蒸汽催化重整反应过程的影响,热值增量随化学回热器内温度和水碳比的升高以及压力的降低而升高。The simulation calculation of chemical regenerator in gas turbine has been carried out based on Aspen Plus software.In particular,the influence of temperature,pressure on the chemical generator and the ratio of water vapor to fuel mass flow in catalytic reforming reaction(water-carbon ratio)on heat absorption capacity of the chemical regenerator was analyzed.The results show that temperature,pressure and water-carbon ratio are the important factors in determining the heat absorption capacity of chemical regenerator.With the increase of temperature,water carbon ratio and the decrease of pressure,the heat absorption capacity of chemical regenerator increases.Under the condition of high temperature and low pressure,the heat absorption capacity of chemical regenerator is the key to determine the heat absorption capacity of chemical regenerator,and the heat absorption capacity is more evident under the condition of low temperature and high pressure.Affected by the process of methane-steam catalytic reforming,the increment of calorific value increases with the increase of temperature and water-carbon ratio and the decrease of pressure.
