摘 要:以某低压微型轴流风机为研究对象,采用数值计算与风洞试验相结合的方法,研究出口支撑架的结构参数对微型风机气动性能和内部流动特性的影响。结果表明:椭圆形支撑架较之方形和圆柱形支架,其尾迹区内气流流动明显更加均匀,能量损失较小;对于?4×3、?4×4和?3×4,3种规格支撑架,支撑架的数量最少,且支撑架所占出风口截面面积最小的?4×3支撑架,对微型风机模型的性能影响最小。With a micro low-pressure axial fan as the research object,the influence of structural parameters of the outlet support frame on the aerodynamic performance and internal flow characteristics of micro fans are studied by combining numerical calculation and wind tunnel test.The results show that the airflow flow in the wake region of the elliptic support frame is more uniform and the energy loss is less than that of the square and cylindrical support frame.For?4×3,?4×4,and?3×4,all three specifications have the least amount of support frames,and the?4×3 support frames that make up the minimum outlet cross-sectional area have the least impact on the performance of the micro fan model.
