摘 要:汽车功放、视频影像等功能通过多媒体显示屏得以实现,功放模块、影像摄像头与显示屏之间通过射频线连接实现信号数据高速传递。本文主要介绍多媒体旋转屏射频线的基本特性及结构;阐述多媒体旋转屏射频线在旋转运动的环境下的布置方案;对旋转屏射频线的失效模式进行分析,提供详细的试验测试规范及验证方法。根据多媒体模块的特性要求,本文对旋转屏射频线在旋转中受到的影响进行研究与设计、验证,并提供了一套理论设计参考。The functions of automobile power amplifier and video image can be realized through multimedia display screen.The power amplifier module,image camera and display screen are connected through rf line to realize the high-speed transmission of signal data.This paper mainly introduces the basic characteristics and structure of the rf line of multimedia rotating screen.The layout of radio frequency line of multimedia rotating screen under rotating motion environment is described.The failure modes of the rotating panel rf wires are analyzed,and detailed test specifications and verification methods are provided.According to the characteristic requirements of the multimedia module,this paper studies,designs and verifies the influence of the rf line of the rotating screen,and provides a set of theoretical design reference.
