摘　　要：基于一台1.6L增压发动机点火线圈失效开展分析,排查中发现线圈失效模式为IGBT模块过载失效,通过进一步排查锁定IGBT模块失效与信号输入有关。In this paper,an analysis was carried out based on the failure of ignition coil of a 1.6L supercharged engine.During the inspection,it was found that the failure mode of the coil was overload failure of the IGBT module,and the failure of the IGBT module through further screening is related to the signal input.
