摘 要:选取环氧树脂与9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10氧化物(DOPO)反应制备了DOPO改性环氧树脂(DOPO-E51),并以两种含磷二胺作为固化剂,得到了本征阻燃环氧树脂固化物。采用DSC的方法研究了本征阻燃环氧树脂的热固化行为,并采用Kissinger和Flynn-Wall-Ozawa方法对热固化行为进行了动力学模拟,获得了固化活化能、指前因子等参数。结果表明,随着升温速率增加,环氧树脂的热固化温度提高;采用苯基含磷二胺(BPOA)作为固化剂,活化能和指前因子基本不变;采用乙基含磷二胺(EDE)作为固化剂,活化能和指前因子则明显提高。The epoxy resin and DOPO were chosen to prepare epoxy resin modified by DOPO(DOPO-E51),and two kinds of diamine curing agents containing phosphorus were chosen to prepare intrinsic curing flame retardant epoxy.The thermal curing behavior of flame retardant epoxy resin was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),and Kissinger and Flynn-Wall-Ozawa methods were used to calculate the kinetic parameters such as active energy and preexponential factor.The results showed that with the increasing of heating rate,the curing temperature was improved,the kinetic parameters of epoxy resin cured by BPOA was not affected generally,but the parameters of epoxy resin cured by EDE increased dramatically.
