摘　　要：心血管疾病的发病率逐年增加,治疗手段多样化。超声心动图主要用于辅助诊断心血管疾病和评价心功能,近年来利用超声能量所产生的生物学效应治疗肿瘤、脑血管疾病和心血管疾病的研究越来越多,某些方法已成功运用于临床且安全有效。现就近年来利用超声消融、超声起搏、超声微泡和体外震波等技术治疗心血管疾病的临床应用和相关研究做一综述,旨在为拓展超声治疗技术领域、丰富心血管疾病的治疗方法提供理论依据和研究思路。The morbidity of cardiovascular diseases increases gradually and the therapeutic methods develop rapidly.Echocardiography is mainly used to diagnose cardiovascular disease and evaluate heart function.Recently,a growing number of reports that utilizes the biological effect of ultrasound for tumor,cardiac and cerebrovascular disease treatments has been proven to be effective and safe in some cases.Thus,we analyzed and reviewed the relevant researches of therapeutic ultrasound technique including ultrasound ablation,wireless pacemaker,ultrasound-targeted microbubbles and extracorporeal shockwave therapy for cardiovascular diseases,in order to expand the utilization of therapeutic ultrasound technique in cardiovascular disease and provide a theoretical basis and research ideas for further studies.
