摘 要:建立了1个测定纸和纸制品中百菌清残留量的气相色谱/串联质谱(GC/MS-MS)分析方法,该方法采用超声萃取技术提取纸和纸制品中残留的百菌清,提取液经浓缩、定容后进行气相色谱/串联质谱法(GC/MS-MS)测定,外标法定量。该方法百菌清的定量下限为0.1 mg/kg,加标平均回收率为80.89%~95.41%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.43%~13.37%。该方法简单快速,灵敏度高,定量下限低,检测通量大,可完全满足纸制品中百菌清残留量的日常检测工作需要。An effective method was established for the determination of residual chlorothalonil in paper and paper products using gas chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry(GC/MS-MS)technique.Residual chlorothalonil in paper and paper products was ultrasonically extracted,the extract was then condensed and analyzed by GC/MS-MS method.The concentration of chlorothalonil was calibrated by the external standard method.The limit of quantification(LOQ)of chlorothalonil was 0.1 mg/kg.The spiked average recoveries changed from 80.89%to 95.41%while the relative standard deviation(RSD)changed from 2.43%to 13.37%.The proposed method was simple,accurate,sensitive and high detection throughput,meeting completely the demand on the routine analysis of residual chlorothalonil in paper and paper products.
