摘 要:目前研究出的许多脱酸增强剂与纸张脱酸技术,对于纸张中酸性物质的中和与纸张强度的提高均有一定的效果,但是否具有较好的抗老化效果,尚未有较好的评价方法。采用性能下降速率评价Na2CO3溶液、TMSC-30+MgO+HMD0、ZnO+丁苯胶乳三种脱酸增强剂对纸张抗老化性能的增强效果。从pH值、撕裂度、抗张指数、零距抗张强度、白度、透气度和聚合度几个角度进行分析。分析结果表明,Na2CO3溶液对脱酸增强后的纸张的pH值、聚合度能保持较好的稳定性,TMSC-30+MgO+HMD0对脱酸增强后的纸张pH值、聚合度能保持较好的稳定性,ZnO+丁苯胶乳对脱酸增强后的纸张透气度、聚合度能保持较好的稳定性,而三种脱酸增强体系对于纸张物理性能的稳定性反而起到了负面效果。Many of the deacidification enhancers and paper deacidification technologies have certain effect on neutralization of paper acid and improvement of paper strength,but whether there is a good anti-aging effect,there is no better evaluation method.The effect of three kinds of deacidification enhancers,Na2CO3,TMSC-30+MgO+HMD0 and ZnO+styrene butadiene latex,on the anti-aging properties of paper was evaluated by performance degradation rate.The pH value,tear strength,tensile index,zero distance tensile strength,brightness,air permeability and polymerization degree were analyzed.The results show that the Na2CO3 solution can maintain good stability to the pH and polymerization degree of the paper after deacidification reinforcement,TMSC-30+MgO+HMD0 can maintain good stability for pH value and polymerization degree of the paper after deacidification reinforcement,ZnO+styrene butadiene latex can maintain good stability for air permeability and polymerization degree of the paper after deacidification reinforcement.However,the three kinds of deacidification strengthening systems had negative effects on the stability of paper physical properties.
