摘  要:以壳聚糖再生纤维为研究对象,改变预处理条件和打浆,通过观察纤维形貌和成纸性能,对壳聚糖再生纤维的造纸性能进行评估。研究结果表明,碱液预处理使壳聚糖再生纤维直径增大6 um左右,提高了纤维的分丝帚化率;打浆提高了壳聚糖再生纤维成纸的机械性能,打浆转数在30000 r时成纸性能最优。Taking chitosan regenerated fiber as the research object,changing pretreatment conditions and beating,the papermaking performance of chitosan regenerated fiber was evaluated by observing the fiber morphology and paper-forming performance.The results of the study showed that the alkali pretreatment increased the diameter of the chitosan regenerated fiber by about 6μm,which increased fiber fibrillation.Beating improved the mechanical properties of the paper,the paper performance was the best when the beating revolution was 30000 r/min.
