参与医疗诉讼对医师执业行为的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:了解参与医疗诉讼对医师执业行为的影响。方法:通过判断抽样,对参与医疗诉讼的共11个科室的医师进行问卷调查,并对问卷结果进行分析。结果:参与问卷调查的87名医师,95%非常赞同,认为参与医疗诉讼是重要的;84%非常赞同参与医疗诉讼对自身有益;执业行为方面通过参与诉讼对医师的沟通能力、医技水平、临床思维、形象有影响。结论:医师参与医疗诉讼对其执业行为有正面影响,应通过培训、经验交流等方式增强医师参与诉讼的能力以提高工作效率。Objective:To understand the influence of participating in medical litigation on doctors’practice.Methods:By judging and sampling,the doctors from 11 departments participated in the medical litigation were investigated by questionnaire,and the results were analyzed.Results:Of the 87 doctors who participated in the questionnaire survey,95%agreed that it was important to participate in the medical litigation,84%agreed that participating in the medical litigation was beneficial to themselves,and the specific participation in the litigation in the aspect of practice behavior had an impact on the communication ability,medical technology level,clinical thinking and image of doctors.Conclusion:It is very important for doctors to participate in medical litigation,which has a positive impact on their practice behavior.We should enhance the ability of doctors to participate in the litigation through training and experience exchange to improve the work efficiency.
