福建省某医院对合理配置床位的探索

摘　　要：目的:分析某医院床位设置现状,为医院合理设置科室床位数提供科学依据。方法:采用秩和比法,选取某医院2019年1月—12月统计报表数据,应用Excel 2007统计软件,计算出各科开放床位数合理区间并比较分析。结果:某医院62个临床科室中,40个科室床位设置合理,9个科室床位设置偏多,13个科室床位设置不足。结论:利用现代医院管理理念,结合临床科室实际情况及专业发展特点,为医院的科学化管理及科室专业发展提供切实可行的定量依据,从而提高医院的诊疗能力与医疗质量安全、降低医院运营成本,节省患者医疗费用,最大限度地利用和调配卫生资源。Objective:To provide scientific basis for the reasonable number of beds in S hospital by analyzing the present situation.Methods:Using the method of rank and ratio,the statistical report data of S hospital for 1-12 months in 2019 was selected.Using Excel 2007 statistical software,the reasonable interval of open beds was calculated and compared.Results:There were 62 clinical departments in S hospital,of which 40 had reasonable beds,9 had more beds,and 13 had insufficient beds.Conclusion:Using the modern hospital management concept,combining the actual situation of clinical departments and the characteristics of professional development,to provide practical quantitative basis for the scientific management of hospitals and the professional development of departments,so as to improve the hospital’s diagnosis and treatment capacity and medical quality safety,reduce the hospital operation cost.Save patient medical expenses and maximize the use and allocation of health resources.
