摘 要:通过分析我国城市群、都市圈铁路及轨道交通发展在多层次、一体化方面存在的问题,结合国内与国外发达国家和地区在多层次轨道交通发展基础方面的差异性分析,包括发展路径差异、空间格局差异、客流需求差异和管理模式差异,从功能融合、枢纽融合、站城融合和运管融合等4个方面提出对轨道交通“四网融合”工作的理解.最后给出推进轨道交通“四网融合”发展的路径,通过分区分级构建网络体系、灵活运营提升服务品质、一票通城实现一站出行等措施,实现区域网络化、都市一体化、一票同城化.By analyzing the problems of multi-hiberarchy and integration of China's urban agglomerations,metropolitan railways and rail transit,combined with the analysis of the differences in the development of multi-hiberarchy rail transit between China and foreign developed countries and regions,including differences in development paths,spatial patterns,passenger flow requirements and management models,the paper proposes an understanding of the“four-network integration”of rail transit from four aspects of functional integration,hub integration,station-city integration and transportation management integration.Finally,the paper gives the path to promote the development of“four-network integration”of rail transit.Through the measures such as constructing a network system by zones and hierarchies,improving service quality through flexible operations,and achieving one stop travel through a single ticket to the city,regional networking,urban integration,and one vote in one city are realized.
