摘　　要：重型新型冠状病毒肺炎的救治非常关键,如果不能及时有效治疗就容易发展为危重型,甚至死亡。重型新型冠状病毒肺炎的中医病机复杂,涉及毒、湿、寒、热、燥、瘀、虚多个因素。我们在分析疾病发展规律和总结临床经验的基础上,选定解毒化湿、清热平喘为核心治法,拟定化湿败毒方适时辨证施治,同时联合中药注射剂,发挥中医扶正祛邪和多靶点治疗的特点,有效缓解病情,最终达到治愈的目标。To treat of severe coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) is crucial, patient of severe type will easily develop into critical type or even eventually death without timely and effective treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) pathogenesis of severe COVID-19 is complex, involving many factors such as toxin, dampness, cold, heat, dryness, stasis and deficiency. Based on the disease development rule analyzed and clinical experience we summarized, we adopt removing toxicity, clearing dampness, clearing heat and preventing asthma as the core therapies, with Huashi Baidu Fomula(化湿败毒方) as the basic prescription, with treatment based on syndrome differentiation according to different conditions. Meanwhile, TCM injections were combined to exert TCM characteristics of strengthening the body resistance to eliminate evil factors and multiple target effects, effectively alleviate the patients′ clinical conditions, and finally achieve the goal of cure.
