摘 要:新型冠状病毒肺炎属中医学"疫病"范畴,国家卫生健康委员会和国家中医药管理局推荐各地在中西医结合救治新型冠状病毒肺炎中使用清肺排毒汤。清肺排毒汤由《伤寒杂病论》中的麻杏石甘汤、射干麻黄汤、小柴胡汤、五苓散优化组合而来,具有散寒祛湿、清热化浊、宣肺健脾等功效。现代药理学研究显示,清肺排毒汤四个主要组方具有抗炎、抗病毒作用。从中医理论及现代药理学角度探讨了清肺排毒汤治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎的理论依据。Coronavirus disease(COVID-19) belongs to the category of "epidemic disease" in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). National Health Commission and National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine recommend that Qingfei Paidu Decoction(清肺排毒汤) could be used in the treatment of COVID-19 by integrated Chinese and western medicine. Qingfei Paidu Decoction comes from the optimized combination of Maxing Shigan Decoction(麻杏石甘汤), Shegan Mahuang Decoction(射干麻黄汤), Xiao Chaihu Decoction(小柴胡汤), and Wuling Powder(五苓散) in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases(《伤寒杂病论》). It has the effects of dispelling cold and dampness, clearing heat and turbidity, and ventilating lungs for invigorating spleen. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that the 4 main prescriptions of Qingfei Paidu Decoction have the anti-inflammatory and anti-viral effects. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern pharmacology, the theoretical basis of Qingfei Paidu Decoction in the treatment of COVID-19 was studied.
