摘  要:目的建立不同品种药用菊花与其他菊花的近红外光谱(NIR)聚类分析和相似度研究方法。方法采用OPUS光谱分析软件对光谱预处理方法和波段进行筛选,优选最佳预处理方法;采用NIR聚类分析模式识别法,从聚类分析树状图中类间距大小鉴别不同品种药用菊花和其他菊花,同时计算光谱间的相似度,判断不同品种药用菊花与其他菊花间的亲缘关系。结果通过光谱分析软件筛选最佳光谱预处理方法为一阶导数+矢量归一化法,波段为8971.5~7054.5,6518.4~5372.8,4964.0~4038.3 cm^-1,聚类分析树状图中类间距>2时,药用菊花、金丝皇菊和其他菊花分为两大类,在类间距为0.2左右时,各类菊花各自聚为一类;相似度判断中雪菊与各类菊花相似度均<0.2,大马牙与怀菊、滁菊、贡菊、洋甘菊、金丝皇菊、金盏菊,野菊与亳菊、滁菊、金盏菊,怀菊与亳菊、滁菊、金盏菊相似度在0.9700~0.9900之间,其他各类菊花相似度均>0.9900。结论NIR聚类分析模式识别法及相似度研究法可作为不同药用菊花与其他菊花的品种鉴别依据。Objective To establish near-infrared spectroscopy(NIR)cluster analysis and similarity research method for different varieties of medicinal Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.and other Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.Methods Spectral analysis OPUS software was used to screen spectral pretreatment methods and bands,and the best pretreatment method was optimized.NIR cluster analysis pattern recognition method was used to identify different varieties of medicinal Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.and other Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.from the size of the cluster spacing in the dendrogram.Meanwhile,the similarity degree between the spectra was calculated to determine the genetic relationship between different varieties of medicinal Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.and other Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.Results The best spectral pretreatment method was selected by spectral analysis software as first derivative+vector normalization method.The spectral bands were 8971.5-7054.5,6518.4-5372.8,and 4964.0-4038.3 cm-1.When the cluster spacing in the dendrogram was greater than 2,medicinal Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.,Jinsihuangju(JSHJ)Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.and other Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.were divided into two categories.In the cluster spacing of about 0.2,all kinds of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.were grouped together.In the similarity judgment,the similarity between Coreopsis tinctoria Nutt.and all kinds of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.was less than 0.2.The similarity between Damaya and Huaiju,Chuju,Gongju,Matricaria chamomilla L.,JSHJ,Calendula officinalis L.,as well as between Chrysanthemum indicum L.and Boju,Chuju,Calendula officinalis L.,and between Huaiju and Boju,Chuju,Calendula officinalis L.was between 0.9700 and 0.9900,the similarity among other varieties of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.was greater than 0.9900.Conclusion NIR cluster analysis pattern recognition method and similarity research method can be used as the basis for identification of different medicinal Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat
