基于红外热成像技术研究艾灸关元穴对原发性痛经寒湿凝滞证患者任脉温度的影响

摘　　要：目的基于红外热成像技术研究艾灸关元穴对原发性痛经寒湿凝滞证患者任脉温度的影响,从而探讨其治疗原发性痛经寒湿凝滞证的作用机制。方法对18例原发性痛经寒湿凝滞证患者予艾灸关元穴治疗,采用红外热像仪记录艾灸前及艾灸30 min后患者的任脉红外热成像图,比较艾灸前后患者的任脉平均温度及腹痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果与艾灸前比较,艾灸后患者腹痛VAS评分明显降低,任脉平均温度明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾灸关元穴治疗原发性痛经寒湿凝滞证的作用机制与升高患者任脉温度有关,可通过温通经络促进任脉气血运行,从而起到缓解痛经的作用。Objective To observe the effects of moxibustion at Guanyuan(Ren 4)acupoint on conception vessel(CV)temperature in primary dysmenorrhea due to stagnation of cold-dampness syndrome based on infrared thermal imaging technology,and to explore its action mechanism in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea due to stagnation of cold-dampness syndrome thereby.Methods Eighteen patients with primary dysmenorrhea due to stagnation of cold-dampness syndrome were given moxibustion at Guanyuan(Ren 4)acupoint,the infrared thermal imager was used to record the infrared thermal imaging of CV before and after moxibustion for 30 min.The average tempe-rature and abdominalgia visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of patients before and after moxibustion were compared.Results Compared with those before moxibustion,VAS scores of abdominalgia significantly decreased and average temperature of CV in the patients after moxibustion were significantly increased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The action mechanism of moxibustion at Guanyuan(Ren 4)acupoint in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea due to stagnation of cold-dampness syndrome is related to the increase of the temperature of the patient’s CV.It can promote the movement of the qi and blood of CV through warming the meridians and collaterals,thereby playing the role of relieving dysmenorrhea.
