摘　　要：突发事件是影响高校安全稳定的重要因素。基于范维澄院士公共安全的三角形模型,提出了高校突发事件应急管理维度概念,从时间、空间和防范三个维度阐释了高校突发事件应急管理的逻辑理路、重点方位和系统思维,以期为高校突发事件应急管理提供理论借鉴和实践参考。Emergency is an important factor affecting the safety and stability of colleges and universities.Based on the triangle model of public safety of academician FAN Wei-cheng,this paper puts forward the concept of emergency management dimensions in colleges and universities,and explains the logic,key position and systematic thinking of emergency management in colleges and universities from three dimensions of time,space and prevention,so as to provide some theoretical and practical reference for emergency management in colleges and universities.
