高校大型仪器设备效益考核的实践与思考

摘　　要：分析了大型仪器设备使用效益考核的现状,以科学性、可操作性、有效性为原则建立了天津商业大学大型仪器设备考核体系,该体系的建立有助于完成信息上报,提高人员积极性,有助于发现管理中存在的问题,提高对大型仪器设备使用效益的重视程度。This paper analyzes the present situation of the efficiency assessment of the use of large-scale instruments and equipment,and establishes a large-scale instrument and equipment assessment system of Tianjin University of Commerce based on the principles of science,maneuverability and effectiveness.The establishment of this system is helpful to complete the information reporting,improve the enthusiasm of the personnel,find out the problems existing in the management,and pay more attention to the efficiency of the use of large instruments and equipment.
