摘  要:针对目前国内外中医药院校、教育培训机构中普遍存在着专业师资培训的专业性、实践性不强,关注专业师资职业生涯发展的系统性、持续性不足等问题,在充分考虑海外在职人员工作和生活的实际情况下,尝试探索以提升学员教学实践能力和职业发展能力的线上线下相结合的国际中医药教育师资培训模式,进一步开拓国际中医药教育培训领域,用实际行动助力“一带一路”倡议。In view of the current problems of professional teacher training in Chinese medicine colleges and universities,education and training institutions at home and abroad,and the systematic and persistent problems of professional teacher career development,this paper tries to explore the online and offline training model of international Chinese medicine education teachers in order to improve students'teaching practice ability and professional development ability,and further develop the field of international Chinese medicine education and training,and help the Belt and Road Initiative with practical actions.
