核电企业员工体育健身现状调查分析与对策研究——以广西防城港核电为例

摘　　要：企业员工体育活动作为我国群众体育的重要组成部分,是提高各行业职工体质健康和工作效率的有效途径。本文选取广西防城港核电有限公司作为研究个案,对企业员工体育健身及余暇锻炼活动的开展现状进行调查研究。分析存在问题,提供解决对策。旨在发展员工相适应的职业岗位体能需求,促进身心健康,预防职业病与慢性病,提高工作效率与企业效益。As an important part of mass physical fitness in China,to keep physical fitness of enterprise staff is an effective way to improve the physical health and work efficiency of employees in various industries.This paper selects Guangxi Fangchenggang Nuclear Power Co.,Ltd.as a case to investigate the present situation of physical fitness and leisure exercise activities of employees.It analyzes the existing problems and provides some solutions.The purpose of this paper is to meet the physical fitness needs of employees,promote physical and mental health,prevent occupational diseases and chronic diseases,and improve work efficiency and enterprise efficiency.
