摘　　要：研究生教育在创新型人才培养中具有重要地位。当前研究生创新意识和创新能力不足是研究生教育普遍存在的问题。文章以研究生创新实践能力培养为导向,以信息学科专业研究生为研究对象,从课程体系保障、科研项目驱动、实践基地协同育人、文化氛围引领提升等四个方面构建“课程-项目-基地-文化”四位一体的信息学科创新型研究生培养模式,以促进研究生创新能力培养,且在校内多个学院和部分其他高校应用和实施,取得较好的结果。Postgraduate education plays an very important role in the cultivation of innovative talents.At present,the lack of innovation consciousness and innovation ability of graduate students is a common problem in graduate education.Taking graduate students'innovation ability training as the guide and the information science professional graduate students as the research objects,the paper builds a"course-project-practice base-culture"training model in information science from the aspects of curriculum system,project-driven learning,collaborative education with the practice base,and cultural atmosphere promotion,in order to promote graduate students'innovation ability training,which has achieved good results.
