摘 要:高比例风电并网对电力系统的可靠运行带来威胁,合理利用储能装置提升电力系统的可靠性成为必要手段。文章依据电力系统实际负荷数据,采用蒙特卡罗抽样与等效电量函数法相结合的策略,分别对只含常规机组、风电并网以及储能参与高比例风电并网3个不同场景下的电力系统进行可靠性指标计算,得到不同季节可靠性指标在各个场景下的变化趋势,分析储能系统对电力系统可靠运行的积极影响。使用某省级电网风功率和机组的真实数据展开算例分析,检验所提方法的必要性和有效性。The high proportion of wind power connected to the grid poses a threat to the reliable operation of the power system and rational use of energy storage devices to improve the reliability of the power system has become a necessary means.According to the actual load data of the power system,this paper combines Monte Carlo sampling and equivalent energy function approach to calculate the reliability index of the power system under three different situations: grid containing only conventional generating units,grid connected with wind power,and grid with high proportion of wind power and with energy storage participation. In this way,the positive effect of energy storage participation on the power system is analyzed according to the changing trend of the reliability index under various scenes in different seasons. Finally,the simulation and analysis of the actual wind power and unit data of a provincial power system are carried out to verify the necessity and effectiveness of the proposed method.
