摘  要:目的研究不同时期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者血清中长链非编码RNA MIR155HG表达水平,并探讨COPD不同时期MIR155HG与肺功能的相关性。方法选取2017年6月至2019年7月于该院就诊并接受治疗的COPD患者104例作为研究对象,其中急性加重期COPD患者56例(急性加重期组),稳定期COPD患者48例(稳定期组)。同期选取健康体检者46例作为对照组。采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(qRT-PCR)检测受试者血清中MIR155HG表达水平,检测各组肺功能指标水平,分析COPD不同时期患者血清MIR155HG水平与肺功能指标相关性。结果急性加重期组血清MIR155HG表达水平显著高于稳定期组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。稳定期组血清MIR155HG表达水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。急性加重期组第一秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、FVC、FEV1/FVC、最大呼气峰流速(PEF)、最大呼气中期流速(MMEF)均显著低于稳定期组和对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。稳定期组FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC、MMEF、PEF水平显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。稳定期和急性加重期COPD患者血清MIR155HG水平与FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC、MMEF、PEF水平均呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论稳定期和急性加重期COPD患者血清MIR155HG水平变化与肺功能密切相关。血清MIR155HG结合肺功能指标对评价COPD的早期危险性有重要意义。Objective To study the expression level of long-chain non-coding RNA MIR155HG in serum of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in different periods,and to explore the correlation between MIR155HG and lung function in different periods of COPD.Methods A total of 104 patients with COPD who were treated and treated in the hospital from June 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the research subjects.Among them,56 patients were acute exacerbation phase COPD(acute exacerbation phase group),and 48 patients were stable phase COPD(stabilization phase group).During the same period,46 healthy people were selected as the control group.The qRT-PCR was used to detect the expression level of MIR155HG in the serum of the subjects,the level of lung function index of each group was detected,and the correlation between the level of serum MIR155HG and the index of lung function in different periods of COPD was analyzed.Results The expression level of serum MIR155HG in the acute exacerbation group was significantly higher than that in the stable phase group and the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression level of serum MIR155HG in the stable group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC,PEF,and MMEF in the acute exacerbation group were significantly lower than those in the stable group and the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC,MMEF,and PEF in the stable group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum MIR155HG levels of COPD patients in stable and acute exacerbation periods were negatively correlated with FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC,MMEF,and PEF levels(P<0.05).Conclusion The changes of serum MIR155HG levels in patients with COPD in stable and acute exacerbations are closely related to lung function.Serum MIR155HG combined with lung function index
