摘  要:针对气体超声流量计实际应用中的问题,通过与流量计生产企业合作,依据国家标准和规范对流量计在使用过程中的状况进行智能诊断的功能,利用国内权威计量测试机构对气体超声流量计产品进行模拟测试,并基于对这些数据的详尽分析,阐述气体超声流量计在声道故障等极端情况下对准确度的影响,探索采用故障声道自动切除或声道替换等技术手段,有效保障计量的准确性。In view of the matters bothering the practical application of gas ultrasonic flowmeter, and through cooperation with flowmeter manufacturers, having the working status of gas ultrasonic flowmeter diagnosed in compliance with the national standards and specifications, inviting authoritative metrological testing institution to simulate and test them were implemented, including having these data analyzed to expound the sound channel fault’s influence on the degree of measurement accuracy;and the technical means such as auto-removal or replacement of any fault sound channel were explored to effectively guarantee the accuracy of the measurement.
