摘　　要：随着我国经济的快速发展,国家越来越重视BIM技术在施工进度以及技术交底中的应用。为了提高建筑企业的BIM技术应用效率,必须做好技术交底工作,完善施工工艺。因此,论文主要针对BIM技术在施工进度管理及施工技术交底中的应用进行分析,并提出建议。With the rapid development of China’s economy,the country pays more and more attention to the application of BIM technology in construction schedule and technology disclosure.In order to improve the application efficiency of BIM technology in construction enterprises,they must do well the technology disclosure work and improve the construction technology.Therefore,this paper mainly analyzes the application of BIM technology in construction schedule management and construction technology disclosure,and puts forward suggestions.
