摘  要:采用江苏省某自来水厂设计流量为1000 L/h的臭氧-生物活性炭中试装置(预臭氧-混凝沉淀-砂滤)处理常州段长江水源水,通过考察在不同的臭氧投加量下预臭氧接触柱、沉淀池及砂滤池工艺对浊度、UV254、CODMn、DOC、氨氮及亚硝酸盐氮等指标的去除效果,以确定最优的臭氧投加量。结果表明:臭氧预氧化能有效地去除浊度、UV254、CODMn及亚硝酸盐氮,对DOC和氨氮的去除效果不太明显。当臭氧投加量为0.5 mg/L时,该中试装置对水中污染物的去除效果较好,对浊度、UV254、CODMn、DOC、氨氮及亚硝酸盐氮的去除率分别为99.89%、65.85%、51.42%、34.89%、38.29%及91.00%。综合分析,针对常州段长江水源水,建议臭氧最佳投加量为0.5 mg/L。A waterworks of Jiangsu province adopted a pilot-scale test device of ozone-biological activated carbon process(pre-ozonation-coagulation sedimentation-sand filtration)with design flow of 1000 L/h to treat raw water from Yangtze River in Changzhou section.Dosing different quantity of ozone,the effect of pre-ozone contact column,sedimentation tank and sand filter on turbidity,UV254,CODMn,DOC,ammonia nitrogen,nitrite nitrogen and some other factors removal,were investigated,so as to determine the optimal ozone dosage.The results showed that,pre-ozonation could effectively remove turbidity,UV254,CODMn and nitrite nitrogen,however,its performance of removing DOC and ammonia nitrogen was not obvious.When the ozone dosage was 0.5 mg/L,the said device could get a good pollutants removal efficiency,the removal rates of turbidity,UV254,CODMn,DOC,ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen were 99.89%,65.85%,51.42%,34.89%,38.29%and 91.00%respectively.According to the comprehensive analysis,it was recommended that the optimal dosage of ozone for the treatment of water from Yangtze River in Changzhou section was 0.5 mg/L.
