摘  要:采用酸析-UV-Fenton对胶粘废水进行预处理研究,考察了酸析pH值、UV-Fenton反应pH值、紫外灯功率、H2O2与Fe^2+物质的量比、H2O2投加量等因素对处理效果的影响。结果表明:当酸析pH值为2.0时,COD的质量浓度可从38134.76 mg/L降至5966.32 mg/L,去除率高达84.35%;UV-Fenton的优化工艺参数为:反应时间120 min、pH值4.0、紫外灯功率7 W、H2O2(30%)与Fe^2+物质的量比为30∶1、H2O2(30%)投加量25 m L/L,最终出水COD质量浓度为2213.98 mg/L,甲醛的质量浓度也降至5.58 mg/L,为废水后续处理创造了有利的条件。Acidification-UV-Fenton process was used to treat adhesive wastewater,the effect of acidification p H value,UV-Fenton reaction pH value,UV lamp power,mass ratio of H2O2 to Fe^2+,H2O2 dosage and some other factors on wastewater treatment were investigated.The results showed that,when the acidification pH value was 2.0,the mass concentrations of COD decreased from 38134.76 mg/L to 5966.32 mg/L,the removal rate reached 84.35%.The optimal process parameters of UV-Fenton reaction were:the reaction time was 120 min,the pH value was 4.0,the UV lamp power was 7 W,the mass ratio of H2O2 to Fe^2+was 30∶1,the dosage of H2O2(30%)was 25 mL/L,the mass concentration of COD and methanal in the final effluent water decreased to2213.98 and 5.58 mg/L respectively,which provided favorable terms for the subsequent treatment of wastewater.
