摘 要:以有机物污染为主的废旧201×7强碱性苯乙烯阴树脂为研究对象,采用超声波强化法对其进行复苏处理,考察了超声时间、超声功率、固液质量比、助剂种类对复苏效果的影响。试验结果表明:超声波处理的适用条件为超声时间120 min,超声功率60 W,固液质量比1:4,配合不同助剂(表面活性剂op-10、有机溶剂乙醇、氧化剂次氯酸钠),树脂再生率均可达到68%以上。传统盐碱法在超声波条件下并不适用污染严重的阴树脂。经2次超声波强化氧化复苏处理可使树脂再生率提升至74.5%。With waste 201×7 strong-base styrene anion resin which mainly polluted by organic matters as the research object,using ultrasonic enhancement process for its rejuvenation,the influence of ultrasonic time,ultrasonic power,mass ratio of solid to liquid,types of auxiliaries and some other factors on rejuvenation effect were investigated.The results of the test showed that,the applicable condition for ultrasonic treatment was:the ultrasonic time was 120 min,the ultrasonic power was 60 W,the mass ratio of solid to liquid was 1∶4,with different auxiliaries(surface active agent op-10,organic solvent ethanol,oxidant sodium hypochlorite),the regeneration rate of resin could reach above 68%.Traditional salt alkali method is not suitable for seriously polluted anion resin.The regeneration rate of the resin can be increased to 74.5%after two times of ultrasonic enhancement oxidative recovery.
