摘 要:针对某印染废水色度大、可生化性差、温度高等特点,设计采用气浮-水解酸化-好氧生化组合工艺进行处理。工程运行结果表明,在进水COD质量浓度为1300~1500 mg/L时,二沉池出水无色透明,COD质量浓度小于100 mg/L,去除率可达94%,出水指标均已达到GB 4287—2012《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》中表2间接排放的要求。该工艺具有效率高,抗冲击负荷力好,处理方式灵活,便于运行管理等特点。In view of the characteristics of printing and dyeing wastewater such as:large chroma,poor biodegradability,high temperature and so on,air flotation-hydraulic acidification-aerobic biochemical combined process was adopted in the design.The project operation results showed that,when the mass concentration of CODCrin influent water was 1300~1500 mg/L,the effluent water from secondary sedimentation tank was colourless and transparent,the mass concentration of COD was lower than 100 mg/L,the removal rate reached94%,the effluent water quality met the indirect discharge requirement of table 2 in GB 4287—2012 Discharge standard of water pollutants for textile dyeing and finishing industry.The said process has advantages of high efficient,good anti impact load performance,flexible treatment modes,easy operation and management,etc.
