摘 要:针对生物制药废水组分复杂,高COD、高TN、高氨氮等特点,通过采取增建臭氧催化氧化和BAF工艺单元,并将O池改造为A/O池等措施进行提标改造。介绍了改造后的工艺流程,给出了主要构筑物的设计参数及设备配置。改造后运行结果显示,出水COD、氨氮、TN与SS平均质量浓度分别为42.1、1.4、5.7与8.5 mg/L,稳定达到GB 21903—2008《发酵类制药工业水污染排放标准》中表3水污染物特别排放限值的要求。According to the characteristics of bio-pharmaceutical sewage such as:complex components,high COD,high TN and high ammonia nitrogen,and so on,an upgrading and reconstruction project was carried out through adding catalytic ozonation and BAF units,transforming O tank into A/O tank and applying some other measures.The modified process flow was introduced;besides,the design parameters and the device layout of the main structures were pointed out.The operation results of the modified process showed that,the average mass concentrations of COD,ammonia nitrogen,TN and SS in the effluent water were 42.1,1.4,5.7 and 8.5 mg/L respectively,which stably met the specific emission limit requirement of table 3 in GB 21903—2008 Discharge standard for water pollution of fermentation pharmaceutical industry.
