摘  要:采用非均相催化氧化-化学吸收组合工艺处理炼油污水恶臭气体,结合恶臭污染物性质和数量特征,研究和设计适用于高效治理恶臭气体的组合处理工艺。研究结果表明,通过喷淋水洗-臭氧鼓泡氧化-二氧化氯非均相氧化降解工艺处理后,在臭氧氧化剂的质量浓度为30 mg/L,二氧化氯溶液的质量浓度为300 mg/L,气体在固定床催化氧化塔中的停留时间为5 s,臭氧与吸收液的体积比为(105~110)∶1,反应温度为常温,处理后的净化气中氨氮质量浓度为5 mg/m^3,硫化物质量浓度为5 mg/m^3,总烃(TOC)质量浓度为85 mg/m^3,挥发酚质量浓度为110 mg/m^3,综合处理后的净化气可达到GB 14554—1993《恶臭污染物排放标准》规定的排放限值。Heterogeneous catalytic oxidation-chemical absorption combined process was used to treat odor gas from refining sewage.According to the characteristics and quantity of odor pollutants,a combined process for efficient treatment of odor gas was studied and designed.The study results showed that,through the treatment by spray washing-ozone bubble oxidation-chlorine dioxide heterogeneous oxidation degradation under the condition that the mass concentrations of oxidizing agent and chlorine dioxide were 30 and 300 mg/L respectively,the retention time of gas in fixed bed catalytic oxidation tower was 5 s,the volume ratio of ozone to absorption liquid was(105-110)∶1,the reaction temperature was normal temperature,the mass concentrations of NH3-N,sulfide,total TOC and volatile phenol in the purified gas were 5,5,85 and 110 mg/m^3 respectively,which reached the emission limit specified in GB 14554—1993 Emission standard for odor pollutants.
