摘 要:以中日友好医院门诊采血区为例,运用Anylogic仿真方法对设施配置与布局进行分析与优化研究。首先依据患者采血流程建立采血区仿真模型;进而分析仿真结果,发现设施配置和布局存在的问题;最后针对问题提出优化策略,并再次仿真,通过对比优化前后的患者密度图、等候区人数与逗留时间,验证了优化策略的有效性。This article takes the outpatient blood collection area of China-Japan Friendship Hospital as an example,and analyzes and optimizes the facility configuration and layout using Anylogic simulation method.Firstly,based on the patient's blood collection process,a simulation model of the blood collection area was established;Then the simulation results were analyzed to find the problems in facility configuration and layout;Finally,an optimization strategy was proposed for the problem,and the simulation was performed again.The effectiveness of the optimization strategy was verified by comparing the patient density map,the number of patients in the waiting area and the length of stay before and after the optimization.
