摘　　要：随着科技的发展和社会的进步,全球产业结构已逐渐由原来的以制造业为主向以服务业为主转变,服务业成为拉动国家或地区经济增长的重要力量。近年来,随着“一带一路”倡议的实施,我国服务业的发展也面临着更大的机遇与挑战。通过分析大连市服务业的发展状况及在发展中存在的问题,并有针对性地提出了发挥区位优势和政策优势、扩大开放程度、优化产业结构、吸引高端人才等提升大连服务业国际竞争力的对策,以促进大连服务业的快速发展。With the development of science and technology and the progress of society, the global industrial structure has gradually changed from the original manufacturing industry to the service industry, and the service industry has become an important force to promote national or regional economic growth. In recent years, with the implementation of the "Belt and Road" initiative, the development of China’s service industry is also facing greater opportunities and challenges. How to promote the development of Dalian’s service industry under the complex and changing global economic situation and enhance the international competitiveness of Dalian’s service industry has become an urgent issue that needs to be considered. This paper analyzes the development status of Dalian’s service industry and the problems in its development, and puts forward the targeted location and strategic advantages, expands the opening degree, optimizes the industrial structure, attracts high-end talents to enhance the international competitiveness of Dalian’s service industry and promote the rapid development of Dalian ’s service industry.
