摘　　要：在新形势下大连市旅顺口区跨境电商发展迈向新阶段,面临一定的机遇与挑战。应努力加大跨境电商的培训力度,增强行业协会间的合作;培育跨境电商龙头企业,推动优势产业转型发展;完善跨境电商物流体系,健全跨境电商体系服务体系;打造跨境电商人才培养基地,发展跨境电商保税业务;深度融入中日韩自贸区建设,加强跨境电商国际合作,推动旅顺口区外向型经济高质量发展。In the new era,the development of cross-border e-commerce in Lvshunkou District of Dalian city has stepped into a new stage,facing certain opportunities and challenges.Efforts should be made to strengthen the training of cross-border e-commerce,enhance the cooperation among industry associations,cultivate the leading enterprises of cross-border e-commerce,promote the transformation and development of advantageous industries,improve the logistics system of cross-border e-commerce,improve the service system of cross-border e-commerce system,build the talent training base of cross-border e-commerce,develop the bonded business of cross-border e-commerce,deeply integrate into the construction of China Japan South Korea Free Trade Zone,and strengthen International cooperation in cross-border e-commerce will promote the high-quality development of exportoriented economy in Lvshunkou district.
