摘 要:作为全国最北部的油田,大庆油田每年历经4个半月的冬季严寒期,受低温易冻堵、地层冷伤害、节能环保、经济效益等难题制约,冬季大型压裂无法施工。为此,研究了大型压裂地面整体保温技术,形成了精准热损控制、高效节点升温、精细作业模式的技术系列,突破了-35℃大型压裂施工禁区,且做到入井液温度合理、费用投入最低。2017年以来共冬季施工621井次,压裂增油效果达到预期,且低洼区块早投产、早见效,避免了夏季施工的垫方和青苗补偿费用。As the northernmost oilfield in China, Daqing Oilfield experiences four and a half months of severe cold winter every year. Due to the problems of low temperature, it is easy to freeze and block, cause formation damage. As a result, energy conservation and environmental protection, and economic benefits and other problems restrict the construction of large-scale fracturing in winter. Therefore, the overall thermal insulation technology for large-scale fracturing has been studied, and a series of technologies including precise heat loss control, high-efficiency node heating and fine operation mode have been formed, which have broken through the forbidden temperature of -35 ℃ large-scale fracturing operation, and have achieved reasonable well fluid temperature and minimum investment. Since 2017 621 wells have been fractured in winter. The effect of increasing oil was achieved the expected. Moreover, for the low-lying areas, early production means early effect, which can avoid the summer construction of cushion and compensation costs.
