摘  要:节约能源、提高能源利用效率、保护和改善环境,是促进经济社会全面协调可持续发展的重要举措。为了切实提高能源利用效率,减少化石燃料燃烧造成的大气污染,通过在"海洋石油115"FPSO (浮式生产储卸油装置,下称HYSY115)原油发电机组排烟管上加装余热回收装置,利用主机尾气余热加热热介质油,给热介质系统提供热量,使得热介质系统锅炉每年可减少2 405 t原油消耗,降低400万元生产成本,实现了很好的节能降耗、减少大气污染物排放、降本增效的效果。Saving energy, improving the efficiency of energy utilization, protecting and ameliorating the environment are the key steps to boost the sustainable and all-round harmonious development of the economy and society. In order to improve energy efficiency and reduce the air pollution caused by burning of fossil fuels, an exhaust heat recovery unit was newly equipped on the crude oil generator exhaust system at "HYSY115" FPSO(Floating Production Storage and Offloading, hereinafter referred to as "HYSY115"), which recovers the power generator exhaust heat to heat up the medium oil. The newly installed unit leads FPSO to burn 2405 tons of crude oil less and save 4 million yuan fuel cost per year, as well as other benefit to the environment.
